On June 13, 2024, Shanghai Ranking, a professional organization for higher education evaluation, officially released the 2024 "Best Chinese Majors Ranking". The ranking includes 810 majors, involving 93 major categories and 12 specialized fields. The objects of "Best Chinese Majors Ranking" are the majors offered by no less than 4 universities, totaling 627. The ranking of each majorsetsforth the top 50% ranked universities. A total of 31,414 majors from 1,103 universities appeared on the ranking list.
Both the marketing major and the supply chain management major of the Business School received an A+ rating, and the supply chain management major ranked the first in the A+ level. Besides, both the business administration major and the human resources management major received an A rating.
With the mission of “contributing new management knowledge and cultivating leaders with global vision, innovative spirit and social responsibility awareness”, the Business School continues to develop new models of talent training. The four majors, i.e. business administration, marketing, human resources management, and supply chain management, have been selected as the national first-class undergraduate major construction sites. The four majors are enrolled under the business administration category. In 2024, the Business School established the "Supply Chain Management + Economic Statistics" dual-degree talent cultivation program and began to enroll students. In recent years, the Business School has fully implemented a talent cultivation model based on the enrollment for business categories, and has achieved fruitful results in many aspects such as first-class courses, textbook construction, and characteristic projects. In the future, based on the three major domestic and international accreditations of AACSB, AMBA and CAMEA, the Business School will continue to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, and strive to cultivate responsible management talents for the country and the society in the new era.
