Bloch School of Management. His research work has beenpublished in leading academic journals such asJournal of Management,Journal of Business Venturing, Journal of Product Innovation Management,Journal of Technology Transfer and R&D Management.

摘要：Thisstudy explores the impact of family structure on firm outcome in familiy businesses.We leverage the regulatory focus theory and suggest that family structure willhave an impact on firm promotion and prevention focus and subsequent strategicbehaviors. Our data and analyses drawn from family firms in China support ourtheory. This study answers the call for a deeper understanding of familystructure to explain organization actions.
