摘要🏊🏻：车主邦成立于2016年，在短短2年内，车主邦通过及时发现创业机会🤞🏻、识别和整合战略性创业资源，一跃成为中国商用汽车能源行业的领先平台。与此同时🦩，车主邦面临着政策变化风险↪️、无线充电技术发展、社会文化因素变化、行业内现有竞争对手和新进入者的威胁等挑战。

ABSTRACT: CZB was a startup established in2016. Within just 2 years, CZB becomes a leading platform in the commercialvehicle energy industry in China. The case looks into the three stages for CZBto make such achievement in a short time, through three stages: 1) identifyingentrepreneurial opportunities, 2) configuring strategic resources, 3)orchestrating strategic resources. Meanwhile, CZB faces challenges such as riskof policy change, the development of wireless charging technology, the changesin social and cultural factors and the challenge of existing competitors in theindustry and new entrants.
